Teech is a streaming platform where content creators can monetize their unique skills by teaching courses in virtual classrooms. Whether you’re an experienced streamer or are trying it out for the very first time, Teech is here to help!

With Teech, streamers can create classes and start teaching in minutes all from their browser.

The team is currently composed of 8 members, working across 3 continents.

The Role

Teech is looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Community & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to join our marketing team.

In this role, you will grow our community from the ground up by launching & developing our presence on Discord, Reddit, Facebook & LinkedIn Groups, and more.

You will be responsible for managing the community and building deep relationships with community members, driving growth, coordinating fun community activities, and promoting product updates & releases, company news, and more.

Additionally, you’ll be expected to reach out directly to VIP streamers, content creators, and brands in hopes of facilitating worthwhile partnerships that will help increase the notoriety of Teech around the world.

Who You Are

You are an entry-level to associate-level community manager with experience in education or streaming & content creation (or both). You know what it takes to connect with these communities both online and offline through events, campaigns, contests, and giveaways. Brand awareness is everything to you and you’re always on the hunt for the next initiative that will get people excited and engaged. You understand the impact of being able to measure results through data, but you also know how to measure success holistically because a passionate community is more than simply numbers and dollar signs.

Experience Required

• 1-2+ years in community management and/or streaming / content creation
• Experience building & managing communities on Discord, Reddit, Facebook & LinkedIn Groups, etc from the ground up
• Experience utilizing bots and apps that can be connected to communities to automate certain processes
• Experience reaching out to VIP streamers, content creators, and brands to negotiate partnerships
• Track community engagement, partnership opportunities, and present results in weekly meetings 
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
• Organized, autonomous, and a high attention to detail
  

Nice To Have

• • • Experience managing community moderators 
      • (volunteers and/or interns count)
    • Experience becoming a Discord Partner or Twitch Affiliate / Partner
    • Experience developing a content or activities calendar 
      • (if you’ve only done this for social media, that’s okay!)
    • Bilingual (all languages)
